The adventure started with creating a perfect beer, and we have kept that focus since our opening in 2005 with 31 combined rotating taps plus hard cider and a variety of wines. We operate on a 45-barrel Brew System with 960 barrels of fermentation space and the ability to age over 400 wood barrels at one time.
