Soy Joy - spicy tuna, masago, salmon, & cucumber inside. tempura crunch, edamame, soy paper, negi, eel sauce, fantasy sauce, & spicy mayo on top


Chicken Hibachi - teriyaki grilled chicken, seasonal vegetables, white or fried rice, & yum yum sauce
