CITRUS CALAMARI

Hand-breaded calamari served with rainbow coleslaw and lemon remoulade.

 

WONTON NACHOS

Blackened chicken, chorizo, and peppers served over wonton chips topped with queso fresco cheese and avocado. Finished off with a wasabi pepper creamy drizzle.

Two-Course Menu - $45

First course- Choose one

CAESAR SALAD

A romaine wedge topped with parmesan crisp, fried cappers and tri colored roasted peppers. Sprinkled with parmesan and asiago cheeses. Accented with a garlic roll and house made Caesar dressing.

SUMMER SALAD

A fresh spring mix topped with torched beets, feta cheese, dried cranberries and local berries. Tossed in a honey mustard raspberry vinaigrette.

Second Course- Choose one

HAWAIIAN STUFFED FRENCH TIP PORK CHOP

Cornbread Cajun stuffing with a pineapple teriyaki glaze. Served on a bed of burnt honey sweet potato mash and roasted rounds of zucchini, squash and red onion.

LEMON RICOTTA RIGATONI

Lemon pepper shrimp, sauteed spinach and portabella mushrooms. Tossed in a savory vodka sauce, topped with a dollop of house made artisanal lemon ricotta. Accompanied by grilled garlic toast topped with parmesan cheese.

LA CHICA PIÑA

Mezcal bourbon infused in-house with a fresh pineapple tower and pure agave. Stirred with muddled black cherries, artisinal orange bitters and house-made citrus simple syrup. Garnished with a bourbon-soaked pineapple and filthy cherry kabob.
