These entrees are an introduction to 600’s Test Kitchen Series — The 600 Test Kitchen Series is a rotating culinary program where our chefs explore flavors, techniques, and unexpected pairings. Each “Project” focuses on a single canvas (like Grits, Potatoes, or Rice Noodles), and each “Study” within that Project showcases a different flavor profile. Our first project will be with Grits!
